FEBRUARY 2019 -  NEED A FOSTER - Thank You Diana

ATTENTION: We are in need of a foster home in the Denver Metro. We are hoping this would be a fairly short-term foster. We want to bring a two year old neutered male Landseer Newfoundland from New Mexico to Colorado, but to do so we will need a home willing to foster him.
The requirements are as follows:
* experience with a Newfoundland or other giant breed
* no small children
* no other animals

A yard with a six foot fence would be ideal. Without a six foot fence the Newf would need to be taken out on a leash.
If you are able to foster this boy please contact us at hcncrescue@yahoo.com
Country Newfoundland Rescue (HCNR) currently does not have any dogs available for adoption.   We are currently accepting applications for Foster, Adoption, Volunteers, Transport, Groomers.  Please visit our Applications and Form page to download an application if you have an interest and email it to hcncrescue@yahoo.com

Thank You -  Also please use our email to communicate with us because we don't get notifications of the comments left on the page..

Hi we are looking for a newfie friend for our 4 year old newfie boy. We are in Castle Rock, CO and I work for home so lots of love and attention given. We have 3 small kids (6year old twins and a 15 month old) so we prefer a big baby that is good with kids. Please keep us in mind if any newfie babies need a home!

I know it has been a while since you posted but I am interested. I noticed that you have an 801 area code. I live in Utah County.

Hi Britney, we actually provided Captain with his new home but if you are willing we have an awesome big dog rescue here in Denver. Bigdogshugepaws.com. They almost always have a big fluff newfie they are trying to help find a new home!

Hi Lori. Are you still looking to rehome your Newfies? My husband and I have had large breeds in the past and are looking to rescue a bonded pair. We live in Colorado and are willing to travel.

Greetings.
My wife and I are looking for a young Newfie (2 years or younger) to bring into our home. We raised our first Newf, Cousteau, from a pup until he passed at 13 years old. We rescued our second, Hitchcock, from Big Dogs Huge Paws and were lucky to share our home with him for 6 years.

We live in Glen Haven (near Estes Park) and are hoping to ring in 2021 by finding our next Newfoundland.

Best,
Jeff & Kathy
